Notice for Claims
RUTH GWENDOLINE STEWART late of 16 Belhaven Avenue Taroona in Tasmania. Creditors, next of kin and others having claims in respect of the property or estate of the deceased RUTH GWENDOLINE STEWART who died on the 27 May 2024 are required by the Executors LEANNE MAREE STEWART, KRISTY EVE FOALE and CARA LEE HAWKINS C/- Simmons Wolfhagen of Level 4, 99 Bathurst Street, Hobart in Tasmania to send particulars to Simmons Wolfhagen and to the Registrar of the Supreme Court of Tasmania, GPO Box 167, Hobart in Tasmania 7001 by the 3 January 2025 after which date the Executors may distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
