In the Assessment Book the Registered Proprietor of 106 Queen St, Peterborough SA 5422 described as that piece of land comprised in Certificate of Title Register Book Volume 5827 Folio 285 (the Land) is Phyllis Edmonds, being the owner and principal ratepayer. The Council is the local council. The Land appears in the Council’s Assessment Records as Assessment Number 500376... . Rates for the Land have been in arrears for a period exceeding three (3) years. At the date of this Notice, the total amount of rates (plus fines and interest payment pursuant to section 181(8) of the Local Government Act 1999) owed to the Council is $7,656.60.Council has also incurred legal and other costs, including issuing notices and cost of this advertisement (Other Costs). Until full payment of the total amount, fines and interest continue to be raised pursuant to the Act.


IF THE TOTAL LIABILITY FOR RATES AND OTHER AMOUNTS IS NOT PAID IN FULL WITHIN ONE MONTH OF SERVICE OF THIS NOTICE, THE COUNCIL INTENDS TO SELL THE LAND FOR NON-PAYMENT OF RATES UNDER SECTION 184 OF THE ACT BY PUBLIC AUCTION.


If you wish to pay the total liability, you must do so to the Council within 1 month from date of this Notice. No further notice will be given before Council sells the Land.
