The proposal is for the Western Sydney University Agri Tech Precinct and will include Stage 1 works which will be:

• The construction of an intersection with Blacktown Road and an access road to the site.
• An internal road network to provide access to industry partner lots.
• Revegetation of the riparian corridor on the site.
• Connection of utilities and services.
This area has been identified as having the potential for subsurface archaeological deposits to be present and will be subject to archaeological testing to determine if Aboriginal objects are present and if an Aboriginal Heritage Impact Permit (AHIP) application will be required. As such, a process of Aboriginal community consultation in accordance with the Aboriginal cultural heritage consultation requirements for proponents 2010 is being initiated by Artefact Heritage and Environment.
