The Annual General meeting of the Lady Clark Centre Inc. will be held at 11:00am on 30th November, 2024
in the Tasman Gower Hall, 10 Waldron Street, Claremont.
The business of the meeting:
to confirm the minutes of the previous AGM, receive the audited financial statements for 2023-2024, statement of estimated income and expenditure for the current financial year, including recurrent charge (rent), appoint the auditors and to elect the officers of the Association and ordinary Board Members.
