In accordance with Section 178 of the Local Government Act 1993, notice is hereby given of the Brighton Council’s intention to dispose of public land under a long-term lease.

Any objections in relation to the long-term lease of the property may be made in writing to the Chief Executive Officer, Brighton Council, 1 Tivoli Road, Old Beach within 21 days dated from the 23rd day of November 2024.
