The Deakin 50 Community Festival will be held on Friday, 29 November 2024 from 4pm -9pm at the Waurn Ponds Campus.
This is a free family friendly event with live children’s entertainment, DJ, food trucks and bar, free kids activities and face painting, market stalls and concludes with a fireworks display.
This is a courtesy notification of our planned fireworks display at the conclusion of the event at 9pm, for approximately 5 minutes.
Please ensure your pets are safe and secure and where possible kept indoors.
Please note there will be increased traffic flow and noise in the area throughout the event.
