Verve Projects Pty Ltd on behalf of Brown Property Group Pty Ltd & Balcon Group Pty Ltd, invite suitable SC2 & SC7 South East Water Accredited Contractors and those able to tender the following works.
The works include construction of 2 separable portions of sewer works within the Casey City Council area.
1. Separable portion 1 will include approx. 1590m of DN375 GRP sewer from 4m to 8.5m deep. This portion will require bores in 3 locations, with one bore to cross the Victorian Desalination Pipeline (VDP) easement.
2. Separable portion 2 will include approx. 590m of DN300 PVC sewer up to 4m deep.
Separable portions 1 & 2 will be awarded to a single successful tenderer via separate contracts by Brown Property Group Pty Ltd & Balcon Group Pty Ltd respectively. The works will be constructed progressively and in succession.
Due to the high impact risk associated with construction within the VDP easement, the tenderers must demonstrate the ability to obtain ‘Insurance of the Works’ to the value of $50 million as per authority requirements.
Tenderers are required to register and download tender documents from https://www.tenders.net/southeastwater. Tenders must also be submitted via the secure electronic tender box on https://tenders.net/dtp/southeastwater/. Incomplete, late and/or physically submitted/faxed/e-mailed tenders will not be considered.
Tenders open at 9:00 am on Monday 2nd of December 2024.
Tenders close at 2:00 pm on Monday 16th of December 2024.
