Prices are rising dramatically every year and the current value of this plot is over $12,000.
The plot will to be signed over into the new owner’s name upon purchase.
I will pay “the transfer of deeds” fees (approx. $400) after the funds have cleared.
New deeds will be sent to you by Rookwood.
