About the Role
Lead digital campaigns, e-commerce, and customer engagement across our supermarket and liquor businesses. Collaborate with creative, IT, and merchandising teams to enhance customer experience and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Content Creation: Develop high-quality digital media, including graphics, videos, animations, and interactive content for brand storytelling and customer engagement.
• Digital Strategy: Implement multimedia strategies across websites, mobile apps, and social media, with a focus on driving customer engagement and aligning with growth objectives.
• Campaign Management: Drive digital campaigns to boost sales, acquire customers, and build loyalty.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with teams to create multimedia solutions that improve user experience.
• SEO/SEM & PPC: Enhance SEO, PPC, social media, and email strategies to boost customer engagement and results.
• Analytics & Reporting: Use Google Analytics and Shopify to track KPIs, optimize campaigns, and gain insights.
• Budget Management: Optimize marketing budgets to maximize results.
About You
• Experience: Proven background in multimedia production and digital content creation with a strong portfolio showcasing technical expertise and creativity.
• Skills: Expertise in multimedia tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and similar software for design, video editing, and animation.
• Data-Driven: Skilled in Google Analytics, Shopify & CRM for insights.
• Results-Oriented: Proven success in high-performing campaigns.
• Leadership: Exceptional leadership and project management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
