Finance Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented individual with a passion for finance and payroll to lead a small, well-established finance team, following the retirement of our current accountant.
Join a respected, values-driven, not-for-profit organization offering an attractive salary ESO Grade 6 $104,369-$116,160 (FTE) and flexibility to work 30-37.5 hours per week (negotiable) on-site.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with a small team overseeing all daily accounting operations, including payroll, employee entitlements, payables, receivables, and balance sheet reconciliations. Proficiency in accounting software, data analysis, and general IT skills (including MS Teams, email, and troubleshooting) is preferred.
This position commences Monday 31 March 2025.
