Our client, a Federal Government Department is seeking key personnel for the following roles within a training facility located on the Bellarine Peninsula, Victoria
Successful candidates must be Australian Citizens and able to satisfy conditions for a security clearance.
Director of Training Infrastructure
$165,218 - $194,957 (plus superannuation) Executive Level 2
The Role
Lead the regional facilities Infrastructure,Services and Administrative team to manage the organisation's facilities in the state of Victoria and support the conduct of training, conferences and meetings run in, and from, these locations. Support services include, but are not limited to, security, emergency management, accommodation, hospitality, technology, transport and maintenance of facilities, including the environment.
Our client is seeking a dynamic team player who enjoys working with stakeholders, team members and individually on projects to support organisation priorities.
As Director of Training Infrastructure, you will work under the direction of the Head of Learning & Development and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Commonwealth and State Government entities. You will think strategically, exercise a considerable degree of independence and perform a leadership role, utilising sound decision making and judgement to produce high level advice. You will engage in complex problem solving and issues management and may coordinate and undertake detailed or sensitive projects that impact on strategic, political or operational outcomes for the organisation. This role will have substantial team leader and resource management responsibilities
LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT ADVISOR - APS Level 6
APS $111,989 - $129,063 (plus superannuation) Full time
The Role
Learning and Development advisor to join a small team responsible for the design, implementation and evaluation of training courses.
You will contribute to a productive workplace in a complex and challenging environment. You will demonstrate an inclusive approach to building relationships, foster a positive culture and enhance our people capability to meet organisational requirements.
Our client is seeking an appropriately qualified and/or experienced person with a Strong interest and understanding of current learning and development practice and emerging issues and trends and an ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced and dynamic environment;
