Road House Management Couple
Experienced or Trainees are required
This role is for couples only.
Together you will be responsible for day to day operations for a Service station, Motel, Caravan Park and the Grounds. You'll be responsible for all areas of staff management, from recruitment, performance management, rostering and payroll. The position requires a couple with good people skills who can build relationships with suppliers, tourists and regular customers. You must have a good sense of Business Management and a good eye for detail, ensuring the upkeep of the road house, the Motel and the Caravan park is maintained at a good standard. Successful applicants must be able to demonstrate a hands-on approach, be self motivated and honest.
Relevant skills related to Caravan Park caretaking and maintenance is highly desirable. However full training will be offered to suitable successful candidates. Management duties include.
To ensure day to day operations run smoothly which will include daily inspection of the property, ensuring maintenance is being kept on machinery, generators and general repairs etc.
You will be responsible for staff recruitment, rosters, staff performances and payroll. You will be able to cover any staff shortages.
To be able to undertake any small repairs and other work as needed.
Supervise any external contractors carrying out any large repair works.
Be prepared to complete urgent repair works after hours as needed.
Be available to assist residence in an emergency.
Must have experience in cooking.

Selection Criteria: Must be able to obtain WA responsible Manager's licence as well as the RSA
Police Clearance necessary
Past experience in Accommodation Management is preferable but not necessary.
