OFFICE MANAGER

Annual salary: $90,000 per annum plus Super and eligibility for bonus scheme
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager at our Office location in Cairns CBD. Full time permanent. Business hours Monday - Friday.
Qualifications: minimum Diploma or higher in Leadership & Management
Key skills: Ability to organise and control the functions and resources of the office including administrative systems, clients and office personal. Full List of key skills required will be discussed during interview.
Experience: at least three years of previous relevant experience from employment in the financial services industry
Key Responsibilities and tasks: assisting the Managing Director in all aspects of management and functioning of the office. Providing office support to the Senior Financial Adviser in the management of our client base to deliver an exemplary client experience. Full List of responsibilities and tasks will be discussed during interview.
