Townsville Events Advisory Panel
Townsville Enterprise in partnership with Townsville City Council, is looking for skilled and passionate community members to help drive the success of Major Events in Townsville. The panel will help bring to life the ‘2024-2027 Event Strategy Blueprint’ – which shapes the future and impact of major events in Townsville.
The Townsville Event Advisory Panel (TEAP) is an external and independent review authority and has been created to ensure the views of all sections of Townsville are captured, giving a strong basis for the investment of funds to secure or enhance major events in the region. This will help guide the newly formed TEL Major Event Program – which will sponsor approximately 20 major events per year, some of which were previously funded by Townsville City Council.
