Vet Nurse / Educator
The Role
As our Project Vet Nurse/Educator, you are at the heart of our mission, supporting the Regional Program Manager(s) in delivering AMRRIC's One Health-focused companion animal management services nationwide.
Based in Darwin and reporting to the Head of Programs, your role is integral in ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of our remote veterinary and education programs. From stock and logistics management to leading teams of peer professionals on the ground, you are at the forefront of making a tangible difference in communities across Australia. About Us
AMRRIC (Animal Management in Rural and Remote Indigenous Communities Ltd) is an established, national not-for-profit organisation based on Larrakia Land in Darwin. Our small team of dedicated staff deliver a diverse range of programs covering community and animal health and welfare, education and training, academic research, strategic planning and advocacy. We work with remote Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities to improve the health of their pets, helping to create healthier and safer communities.
