1. This notice applies to the following goods:
• 5 glass cabinets
• 3 plastic stacking boxes
• 1 timber2 workbench with tools
• 1 safe
• 2 metal shelves with tools
• 1 computer printer
• 1 mobile drawer unit 1 compressor
• 14 cabinets
• 4 stands
• 5 chairs + 1 table
• 1 washing machine + 1 dryer + 1 TV
• 1 microwave
• 1 computer
(‘the Goods’).
2. The above goods were left at premises commonly known as shop 39, 34 East Terrace, Adelaide SA 5000 (‘the Premises’).
3. The goods were on the Premises pursuant to a lease, which lease was terminated on 30 October 2024.
4. The Goods will be sold if not reclaimed by the payment of reasonable costs as required under section 76 of the Retail and Commercial Leases Act 1995 within the 60-day period referred to in that section.
5. The Goods may be reclaimed by contacting the landlord’s agent, SA Rentals, either by email to pm1@sarental.com.au, or by phone to

, to make arrangements for the payment of the landlord’s reasonable costs as set out in paragraph 4 of this notice, and to arrange the collection of the goods.
