Abandoned Goods Notice – Various goods left by Aria Wedding Hall Pty Ltd ('Lessee') in the shed at 1176 Back Callington Road, Callington, South Australia, 5254 ('Premises') have been stored by Antigua Holdings Pty Ltd ('Lessor') in a safe place and manner in accordance with the provisions of the Retail and Commercial Leases Act 1995 (SA) ('Act'). This follows the termination of the lease between the Lessee and the Lessor in respect of the Premises on 31 August 2024. The goods will be sold if not reclaimed within 60 days of this notice.
