On 16 February 2025, the landlord of 14 Paula Avenue, Windsor Gardens SA 5087 terminated the Lease and the tenant subsequently vacated.
The tenant has failed to collect certain goods from the premises (Goods).
Accordingly, the landlord has engaged Mason Gray Strange to remove the Goods from the premises and have them stored at another location.
You may reclaim the Goods by paying:
1. the reasonable costs of removing and storing the Goods;
2. the reasonable costs of giving notice under section 76(2) of the Retail and Commercial Lease Act 1995
(SA); and
3. any other reasonable costs incurred by the landlord as a result of the Goods being left on the premises.
If the Goods are not reclaimed within 60 days, the landlord will treat them as abandoned under section 76 of the Retail and Commercial Leases Act 1995 (SA) and have the goods sold at public auction.
This constitutes notice under section 76 of the Retail and Commercial Leases Act 1995 (SA).”
