Creditors, next of kin and others having claims in respect of the property or estate of the deceased DAVID HAROLD JONES who died on 25/06/2024 are required by the Executor Debra Ann Jones C/- Peter Worrall – Consultant Lawyers of 3/85 Macquarie Street, Hobart in Tasmania to send particulars to Peter Worrall – Consultant Lawyers and to the Registrar of the Supreme Court of Tasmania, GPO Box 167, Hobart in Tasmania 7001 by 3 January 2025, after which date the Executor may distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
