Notice for Claims
HELEN MACKENZIE late of 27 Talone Road Blackmans Bay in Tasmania. Creditors, next of kin and others having claims in respect of the property or estate of the deceased HELEN MACKENZIE who died on the 29 April 2024 are required by the Executor CHRISTOPHER JOHN MACKENZIE C/- Simmons Wolfhagen of Level 4, 99 Bathurst Street, Hobart in Tasmania to send particulars to Simmons Wolfhagen and to the Registrar of the Supreme Court of Tasmania, GPO Box 167, Hobart in Tasmania 7001 by the 14 February 2025 after which date the Executor may distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
