MARILYN KAYE SMITH late of 21 Stirling Avenue Blackmans Bay in Tasmania, Single/Retired Singing Teacher. Creditors, next of kin and others having claims in respect of the property or estate of the deceased MARILYN KAYE SMITH who died on the 15 August 2024 are required by the Executors MARK RICHARD DE VRIES, KRISTY EVE FOALE and CARA LEE HAWKINS C/- Simmons Wolfhagen of Level 4, 99 Bathurst Street, Hobart in Tasmania to send particulars to Simmons Wolfhagen and to the Registrar of the Supreme Court of Tasmania, GPO Box 167, Hobart in Tasmania 7001 by the 21 February 2025 after which date the Executors may distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
