Notice for Claims
EVELYN GENE SLATER late of 20 Skala Road, Tranmere in Tasmania.
Creditors, next of kin and others having claims in respect of the property or estate of the deceased EVELYN GENE SLATER who died on 14/09/2024 are required by the Executors Alan Haggai Alavi and John Anthony Mastrippolito C/- Peter Worrall – Consultant Lawyers of 3/85 Macquarie Street, Hobart in Tasmania to send particulars to Peter Worrall – Consultant Lawyers and to the Registrar of the Supreme Court of Tasmania, GPO Box 167, Hobart in Tasmania 7001 by 7 April 2025, after which date the Executors may distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
