Notice for Claims in the estate of Gary Edward Emery of 205 Mt Arthur Road, Patersonia in Tasmania who died on 7 September 2024.
Creditors, next of kin and others having claims in respect of the property of the abovenamed deceased are required by the administrator MELANIE MARIA CADMAN of c/- Terracall and Associates of 105 Cameron Street in Tasmania to send particulars in writing to the Registrar Probate Registry Supreme Court of Tasmania Salamanca Place Hobart in Tasmania on or before 24 July 2025 after which date the administrator may distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which the Administrator then has notice.
