Creditors' Notice
pursuant to s67 of the
Trusts Act 1973
Any persons having a claim, whether as creditor or beneficiary or otherwise, in the estate of Alma Violet Thompson late of 151 Chelsea Road, Ransome in the State of Queensland, who died on 17 July 2024, send in particulars of their claim to Roy Desmond Skinner care of the solicitors named below within seven (7) weeks from the date hereof, at the expiration of which time, pursuant to s 67 of the Trusts Act 1973, the Applicant will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which the Applicant shall then have had notice.
