MHRINGS Pty Ltd applied to Liquor Control Victoria on Monday 2 September 2024 to change the category of its general licence to a packaged liquor licence, at Shop 2, 87 Main Street, Pakenham VIC 3810.

• it would be conducive to or encourage the misuse or abuse of alcohol.
