YIN PING LAU (also known as YIN LAU) late of 52 Ellendale Circuit, Eight Mile Plains in the State of Queensland 4113, deceased (DOD 21 April 2024). Any person having any claim against the estate, as creditor or beneficiary or otherwise are required to send particulars of their claim to the Administrator’s Solicitors (identified below) by no later than 12 March 2025 after which, pursuant to s.67 of the Trusts Act 1973, the Administrator will proceed to distribute the Estate among the persons entitled having regard only to the claims of which the Administrator then has notice.
