Would any person having any claim, whether as creditor or beneficiary or otherwise, in the estate of Amos Dick Namok (also known as Dick Bettie Amos Namok and Dick Bertie Amos Namok) late of 42 Wotton Street, Aitkenvale QLD 4814, deceased, send in particulars of their claim to Dinah Millie Namok, the Administrator of the estate, at 18 Bilsen Road, Wavell Heights, QLD 4012 within six weeks from the date hereof, at the expiration of which time, pursuant to s 67 of the Trusts Act 1973, the Administrator will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims of which the Administrator shall then have had notice.
