NOTICE is given that the Recorder of Titles intends, after the expiration of seven days, to issue a new Certificate of Title pursuant to Section 35 of the Land Titles Act 1980 to replace Certificate of Title Volume 7657 Folio 29 in the name/s of DENIS RONALD PALMER and VALERIE MARY PALMER to the land situate in the Town of NEWNHAM which is declared to have been lost, mislaid or destroyed.
