NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the Trustee Act 1936, the Succession Act 2023 and the Family Relationships Act 1975, that all creditors, beneficiaries and other persons having claims against the above estate are required to send, in writing to Rudall & Rudall Lawyers, 25 Murray Street Gawler 5118 full particulars and proof of such claims on or before 14 April 2025 otherwise they will be excluded from the distribution of the said estate.
