CREDITORS NEXT OF KIN AND OTHERS having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 5 September 2024, are required by the Executrix, LOREDANA MARIA FRIGO care of Arthur J. Dines & Co., Solicitors of 2 Enterprise Drive, Bundoora, in the said State, to send particulars to her by 3 February 2025 after which date the Executrix may convey or distribute the assets having regards only to claims to which she has notice.
