175 Main South Road Yankalilla 5203 Retired Post Office Manager who died on
01 April 2023, NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the Trustee Act 1936,
Inheritance (Family Provision) Act 1972 and the Family Relationships Act 1975
that all creditors, beneficiaries and other persons having claims against the said
estate are required to send, in writing, to White & White Lawyers at 82 Sturt
Street Adelaide SA 5000, full particulars and proof of such claims on or before
23 December 2024, otherwise they will be excluded from the distribution of the
said estate and notice is also hereby given that all persons who are indebted to
the said estate are required to pay the amount of their debts to White & White
Lawyers at the above address or proceedings will be taken for the recovery
thereof; and all persons having any property belonging to the said estate are
required forthwith to deliver the same to White & White Lawyers. The Estate will be distributed after 24 December 2024 and only those claims notified before 23 December 2024 will be accepted before estate distribution.
