In the matter of the estate of Ruth Douglas Seager late of 150 Reynell Road, Woodcroft, South Australia who died on 24 February 2024, notice is given pursuant to the Trustee Act 1936 (SA), the Inheritance (Family Provision) Act 1972 (SA) and Family Relationships Act 1975 (SA) that all creditors, beneficiaries and other persons having claims against the estate of Ruth Douglas Seager are required to send, in writing, to the office of CCK Lawyers, Level 9, Reserve Bank Building, 182 Victoria Square, Adelaide, South Australia, 5000 for particulars and proof of claims on or before 30 September 2024 otherwise they will be excluded from the distribution of the estate of Ruth Douglas Seager, and notice is also given that all persons in debt to the estate of Ruth Douglas Seager are required to pay the amount of their debts to CCK Lawyers or proceedings will be taken for the recovery of the debt and all persons that have any property belonging to the estate of Ruth Douglas Seager are to deliver the property to CCK Lawyers.
