PRIMARY APPLICATION NO. PA83811 BY DINA DANIAS, GEORGE DANIAS, MICHAEL DANIAS AND SUSIE DANIAS (‘APPLICANTS’) TO BRING LAND UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE REAL PROPERTY ACT 1900 BY WAY OF ADVERSE POSSESSION
Application PA83811 has been made by the Applicants for a title pursuant to Part 4 of the Real Property Act 1900 (NSW) (‘Act’) (possessory title) in respect of the undermentioned land:
- Property situate Farr Street, Marrickville.
- Being part of the land described in Book 52 No 118 shown as "Passage 3 wide" in DP78883.
- In the Local Government Area of Inner West, Parish of Petersham, County of Cumberland.
The Applicant claims title by possession adverse to:
- William Harris (as documentary owner of the land in Book 52 No 118); and
- Edwin Jacobs (as mortgagee under subsisting mortgage Book 206 No 418), their successors and assigns.
The Registrar-General intends to grant this application on the expiration of one month from the date of publication of this notice, unless before the expiration of that time period an objection is lodged in the form of a caveat pursuant to section 74B of the Act.
