All creditors, beneficiaries and other persons having claims (to which Section 29 of the Trustee Act 1936 relates), against the above estate are required to send in writing to the Administrator of David John Zander, Mark Zander c/- Maurice Blackburn Lawyers Level 30/91 King William St, Adelaide SA 5000 full particulars and proof of such claims within twenty eight (28) days of the date of publication hereof, after which date the Administrator will proceed to distribute the estate among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims of which the Administrator then has notice.
