In the matter of the estate of Shirley Florence Edwards late of Unit 89, 38 Taylors Road, Aberfoyle Park, South Australia 5159 who died on 7 May 2024, notice is given pursuant to the Trustee Act 1936 (SA), the Succession Act 2023 (SA) and Family Relationships Act 1975 (SA) that all creditors, beneficiaries and other persons having claims against the estate of Shirley Florence Edwards are required to send, in writing, to the office of CCK Lawyers, Level 9, 182 Victoria Square, Adelaide, South Australia 5000 for particulars and proof of claims on or before 22 May 2025 otherwise they will be excluded from the distribution of the estate of Shirley Florence Edwards, and notice is also given that all persons in debt to the estate of Shirley Florence Edwards are required to pay the amount of their debts to CCK Lawyers or proceedings will be taken for the recovery of the debt and all persons that have any property belonging to the estate of Shirley Florence Edwards are to deliver the property to CCK Lawyers.
