IN THE MATTER of the estate of DEAN LINTON HEINRICH formerly of 53 Shierlaw Street, Richmond SA 5033 but late of 29 Chapel Street, Campbelltown SA 5074 who died on 23 September 2024 notice is given pursuant to the Trustee Act 1936 (SA), the Succession Act 2023 (SA) and Family Relationships Act 1975 (SA) that all creditors, beneficiaries and other persons having claims against the estate are required to send, in writing with full particulars and proof of such claims, within thirty (30) days to Zielinski Legal, 22 Greenhill Road, Wayville SA 5034, after which date the administrator will proceed to distribute the estate amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims of which they have notice.
