Would any person having any claim, whether as creditor or beneficiary or otherwise, in the estate of ROMEO MAGNAYE REYES late of 43 Bonifacio Street, Barangay San Carlos, Binangonan Rizal, Philippines, deceased, send in particulars of their claim to DELFIN MAGNAYE REYES, the Administrator of the estate, at 2 Wylarah Court, Forest Lake, Queensland 4078 within six weeks from the date hereof, at the expiration of which time, pursuant to s 67 of the Trusts Act 1973, the Administrator will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims of which the Administrator shall then have had notice.
