NOTICE is given that the Recorder of Titles intends, after the expiration of seven days, to issue a new Certificate of Title pursuant to Section 35 of the Land Titles Act 1980 to replace Certificate of Title Volume 55226 Folio 23 in the name/s of RACHAEL SUSAN LANGRIDGE to the land situate in the City of GLENORCHY, which is declared to have been lost, mislaid or destroyed.
