NOTICE FOR CLAIMS
Prudence Ann Bresnehan late of 33 Louisa Street, Kempton in Tasmania, deceased, who died between 26/3/2024 and 28/3/2024.
Creditors, next of kin and others having claims in respect of the property or estate of the abovenamed deceased are required by the Executor Elizabeth Mary Jaeger C/- Butler McIntyre & Butler, 20 Murray Street, Hobart Tas 7000 to send particulars of their claim to the Registrar of the Supreme Court of Tasmania, GPO Box 167 Hobart Tas 7001 in writing on or before 30 November 2024 after which date the Executor may distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which the Executor then has notice.
