NOTICE FOR CLAIMS
DAVID JAMES RHODES late of West Coast District Hospital, Queenstown in Tasmania who died on the 23rd June 2024. Creditors, next of kin and others having claims in respect of the property of the abovenamed deceased are required by the Executor and Executrix, Andrew Peter Burns and Tania Maree Rogers, c/- Murdoch Clarke of 10 Victoria Street, Hobart in Tasmania to send particulars to the said Executor and Executrix and to the Registrar of the Supreme Court of Tasmania on or before the 28th day of April, 2025 after which date the Executor and Executrix may distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which the Executor and Executrix then have notice.
