NOTICE OF INTENDED DISTRIBUTION OF ESTATE
Any person having a claim upon the estate of HAZEL MARGARET STEVENS late of Terrace Gardens Aged Care Facility, 1 Kettle Street, Farrar formerly of Palmerston Regional Hospital, Palmerston in the Northern Territory, Retired, who died on 4 May 2022, must send particulars of their claim to the Public Trustee for the Northern Territory at Darwin Corporate Park, 631 Stuart Highway Berrimah, GPO Box 470 DARWIN NT 0801, within two (2) calendar months from publication of this notice. After that time the Public Trustee may distribute the assets of the estate having regard only to the claims of which at the time of distribution it has notice. Probate was granted in the Territory on 27 August 2024.
