NOTICE OF INTENDED DISTRIBUTION OF ESTATE
Any person having a claim upon the estate of MAVIS JEAN PEARL GOULD also known as JEAN MAVIS GOULD late of 55/55 Tiwi Gardens, Tiwi in the Northern Territory, formerly of 55 Bald Circuit, Alawa in the Northern Territory, Home Duties, who died on 29 October 2023, must send particulars of their claim to the Public Trustee for the Northern Territory at Darwin Corporate Park, 631 Stuart Highway Berrimah, GPO Box 470 DARWIN NT 0801, within two (2) calendar months from publication of this notice. After that time the Public Trustee may distribute the assets of the estate having regard only to the claims of which at the time of distribution it has notice. Probate was granted in the Territory on 17 January 2025.
