NOTICE OF INTENDED DISTRIBUTION OF ESTATE
Any person having a claim upon the estate of ERNEST JAMES UNDERWOOD also known as ERNIE UNDERWOOD late of 30 Acacia Road, Humpty Doo in the Northern Territory, Retired Electrician, who died on 10 December 2023, must send particulars of their claim to the Public Trustee for the Northern Territory at Darwin Corporate Park, 631 Stuart Highway Berrimah, GPO Box 470 DARWIN NT 0801, within two (2) calendar months from publication of this notice. After that time the Public Trustee may distribute the assets of the estate having regard only to the claims of which at the time of distribution it has notice. Letters of Administration were granted in the Territory on 14 January 2025.
