NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that pursuant to Section 110A of the Administration and Probate Act, the Public Trustee for the Northern Territory intends to administer the estate of RUSSELL JOHN MCNAMARA late of 370 Strangways Road, Humpty Doo in the Northern Territory, Contract Cleaner, who died on 23 May 2024, Intestate.
All persons having claims against the estate are requested to submit their claims in writing to the Public Trustee at Darwin Corporate Park, 631 Stuart Highway Berrimah, GPO Box 470 Darwin NT 0801, within two calendar months from publication hereto, after which date the Public Trustee will distribute the estate having regard to claims of which it then has notice.
