1. That Brian and Tracy Jaensch ('Lessor') have stored in a safe place and manner goods previously placed by the lessee in rented premises at 13 Crompton Road, Totness, South Australia, 5250 (‘Premises’) in accordance with the provisions of the Retail and Commercial Leases Act 1995 (SA) ('Act') the following goods (“goods”):
a. A Biesse Roxyl 4.5 Edgebander serial number 71567; and
b. A Biesse Rover FT 1836 serial number 74250.
2. That Greenstar Modular Pty Ltd (‘Lessee’) left the goods at the Premises pursuant to a lease which was surrendered by the Lessee effective from 1 August 2024 (“termination date”).
3. That the Lessor gave the Lessee notice by letter dated 23 August 2024 of the removal and safe storage of the goods.
4. That the Lessee or such other person as may be the owner of the goods is requested to collect the goods within 21 days of the date of this Notice upon payment of all reasonable costs in accordance with section 76 (4) of the Act.
5. That if the goods are not collected by the due date, the Lessor may without further notice proceed to sell the goods by public auction in accordance with section 76(5) of the Act.
