NOTICE is given that the Recorder of Titles intends, after the expiration of fourteen days, to issue a new Certificate of Title pursuant to Section 35 of the Land Titles Act 1980 to replace Certificate of Title Volume 7371 Folio 5 in the name of JOHN ARTHUR SMITH and HENRIKA RIA SMITH to the land situate in the City of CLARENCE which is declared to have been lost, mislaid or destroyed.
