late of 1 Terrace Gardens Aged Care, 1 Kettle Street, Farrar in the Northern Territory, Retired, who died on 4 March 2024, must send particulars of their claim to the Public Trustee for the Northern Territory at Darwin Corporate Park, 631 Stuart Highway Berrimah, GPO Box 470 DARWIN NT 0801, within two (2) calendar months from publication of this notice. After that time the Public Trustee may distribute the assets of the estate having regard only to the claims of which at the time of distribution it has notice. An Election to Administer was filed in the Territory on 6 August 2024.
