NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 12(1)(H1) OF THE REAL PROPERTY ACT 1900 OF
INTENTION TO REMOVE MORTGAGE J283105 TO THERESA ELIZABETH NOLAN

The above mentioned Application has been lodged by the Applicant on 30
May 2024. The Application is a Request to remove a mortgage in favour of
Theresa Eizabeth Nolan (Mortgage). The Mortgage is recorded against folio
of the Register 112/7807 being 21 SOUTH ST, UMINA BEACH 2257.
We are satisfied that the Application is in order and therefore we
intend to register the Application and remove the Mortgage using the power
available under section 32(6) of the Real Property Act 1900 unless, within
30 days of the date of this notice, the following are lodged with our
office:
- cogent and detailed submissions as to why the Application should not
be recorded; and/or
- a caveat on form 08X pursuant to section 74F(4B) of the Act,
prohibiting the granting of the Application, accompanied by the prescribed
fee (currently $165.40).
