Any persons having any claim, whether as creditor or beneficiary or otherwise, in respect of the estate of JAMES ROBERT MCGUINNESS late of Unit 121, 114 The Esplanade, Surfers Paradise in the State of Queensland who died on 31 January 2025 must send particulars of the person’s claim to the Estate’s solicitors (identified below) within 6 weeks from the date of publication of this Notice, after which date, under section 67 of the Trusts Act 1973, the personal representative of the Estate will proceed to distribute the Estate of the deceased among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims of which the personal representative shall then have had notice.
