NOTICE TO CLAIMANTS IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF PHILOMENA HYACINTH DILLON
Notice is hereby given that any person having a claim against or to the estate of Philomena Hyacinth Dillon, who died on 8 January 2024, late of 23 Neate Street, Coonabarabran, New South Wales, is required to send particulars of their claim in writing to the Trustee, Helen Dillon, c/o Post Office, 66 St Georges Terrace, Perth, WA, 6000, by the 31st of October 2024.
After the expiration of that time, the Trustee intends to distribute the assets of the estate among the persons entitled, having regard only to the claims of which the Trustee has notice as at that time, and the Trustee will not be liable for the assets so distributed to any person of whose claim they had no notice at the time of distribution.
